IVORY COAST ACE TARGETED BY TOTTENHAM

Wilfred Zaha could be on his way to Tottenham in January according to reports from England, The Ivory Coast international was inching for a move from Crystal Palace in the summer but nothing materialized. It was initially thought that he would fall out with the club regarding the move however the 26-year-old has been one of the best players for the Eagles this season.

It is understood that Zaha has been informed by the club that he is free to leave in January as long as the money is right. Zaha is regarded as one of the skillful and creative players in the Premier League.

The silky forward has literally been the reason for the club surviving the relegation places in the past three seasons. It was thought that Arsenal could move for him, but the signing of Nicolas Pepe means the club is off-limits.

Tottenham are said to be weighing their options after a disastrous start to the season for the North London side. It is understood that manager Maurizio Pochettino has identified Zaha as a potential addition to the team in January.

Spurs have been predictable this season in attack as several teams appear to have gotten the best way to face the White Hart Lane outfit. Zaha is skillful, strong and creative and will bring creativity to the first team.

Crystal Palace are demanding £80 million for the player which could be a problem for Tottenham. Manchester United have also been linked with the player as they seek reinforcements in attack.

United just like Tottenham have endured a miserable campaign as the likes of Rashford, Mata and Lingard have yet to perform to standard. Zaha could inject added threat to the attack and give Rashford more time and space to operate.It remains to be seen where Zaha would end up in January.
